Any 100% het. animal was produced here unless otherwise noted, and genetics will be guaranteed with signed photo paperwork.

All animals are guaranteed to be healthy and properly sexed.  Hatchlings are fed a minimum of 3 meals prior to being released, and older animals are only sold if they are feeding regularly at time of sale. All orders are to be paid in full prior to shipment.

Animals can be placed on hold at our discretion depending on availability for a 20% non-refundable deposit, but you must within 24hrs. send Paypal or either mail payment. Mailed payment must be received within 3-5 business days depending on your location or animal will be removed from hold. No exceptions unless you notify us of delay in mailing your deposit. Deposit can be transferred to other available animals if your needs change. Animals can be held for a maximum of 60 days at which time balance must be paid in full and shipping arrangements made or deposit/balance will be forfeited. Deposit can not be transferred to other animals if balance is past due and no further deposits will be accepted from someone in default of above terms. 

Credit cards accepted through Paypal or postal money order at our discretion. I will accept personal checks from established customers. Shipping is not included in listed prices unless noted. Shipping is done with Fedex Priority Overnight to lower 48 US. Live arrival is guaranteed as long as you are available to sign for animal on first delivery attempt, and you must notify us same day if there is a problem. In the event everything goes as planned and an animal still dies, you may be required to return the animal and we will replace with a like animal or a refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for carrier delays or mistakes.

No animal will be shipped without thoroughly checking weather along route.

Trades 

We may be occasionally interested in trades. You must ship first, once your animal is received, inspected, and approved we will ship your animal with all above terms applying.
